Southeastern Thoroughbred Showcase

Competitors, we are SO excited you have decided to join us for the Southeastern Thoroughbred Showcase!  We are planning a fun filled weekend.

  • Classes in Dressage, Show Hunters, Equitation, Show Jumpers, Eventing, Freestyle and a special class for Thoroughbreds used in PATH International Therapy Programs  
  • Seminars, open to the public with paid admission, on key topics for Thoroughbred owners and trainers.
  • Thoroughbreds For Sale Catalog, Bridle Numbers, Stall Cards, Social Media Posts and special announcements during the event
  • Vendor Fair
  • Competitor and Sponsor Parties

March 29, 2018 - Hard Closing Date for Eventing, Dressage and Freestyle Entries

April 1, 2018 - Therapy Horse Voting will open 

April 5, 2018 - Therapy Horse Voting will close


*Show Hunter, Equitation and Show Jumper classes can be added/scratched the day of the event with a completed entry form on file with the show office and an open check.  Entry the day of the event in these classes will incur a late fee per horse/rider combination.

SHOW OFFICE - STALL 539

The Show Office will open on Friday around noon.  In the meantime, if you need any assistance, text (770) 335-5926 or email us at info@ottbevents.com since our cell service is limited.


Show Office will close around dusk on Friday and will reopen at 8 AM on Saturday.

SCHOOLING

The Warm-up ring, Ring 9, will be open on Friday for schooling and will remain open on Saturday after the last class until sunset.


Schooling in the Dressage ring (not just around it), Gran Prix ring and Hunter ring are allowed with a paid schooling fee.  Check-in with the show office.

SHOW JUMPING

Riders will be allowed to ride out of order within their jump height.

ADD/SCRATCH DAY OF

Rider's will be able to add/scratch the day of the event for Hunter, Equitation, In Hand and Show Jumping classes.  


Combined Tests, Extreme Combined Tests and Dressage Tests do not qualify.
